I govern he/she helps unemployed with Subsidies

Does the government, want to impose benefit to those employees that have stable works, but that these workers are qualified and do receive subsidies of the unemployment, but how? is it to create a bill of Insurance for those that don't have employment, and that it would operate like individual bill.  

  

For the government, is it "to conceal people to the labor" market but which people? According to people that receive supposed help it is, should they be qualified, and will they continue being potential employees and in what? According to sel government, he/she wants that the centa is a part of the cessations that is to say that it is financed from the cessations of the workers accompanied by a Fund of Solidarity like they can be the parafiscales; we should remember that the parafiscales is 9% that are distributed among the ICBF, Boxes of Family Compensation and SIGN and that of Social security is another item that practically the government made rabbit to the town for many years behind to the worker deceiving and confusing it with the contributions Parafiscales that ascended annually a lot.  

  

Doesn't the water go there, does the National Government add that the unemployed should study, for encarrilarse to the search of a good work, and that the training should carry out it in the SIGN, but is there a question that is asked like it is, Who does subsidize to the Old ones bigger than 50 years? Of these people, many forgot and to these people, there are not pensions, there are not subsidies of any nature and of there the economic poverty that if it is necessary to eat, it is not necessary to pay receipts, debts and/or other.  

  

Does the government speak of those people that are left without employment, but do they never speak of those people that can still work and that they take more than 5 years looking for work, but when they call it, do they ask him and how many years do you have? And does he/she say 40, 45, 50 or 55 years, once and for all they do go her saying you are very old, it is not good us for the position, be this way to carry out light occupation, does another question come then Maybe the President Santos he/she is not 60 years old and this governing Colombia? Will it be that many of those that we spend of 50 or 55 years and doesn't more serve to the society? Because well it is in this country that is violated of everything, and for such the traveling sales and cabibaches that every day increases and for the government, the one DANE and other entities, it diminishes the unemployment. If the unemployment diminishes, in view that there are not work opportunities or of creating company, the First one, because they leave to the informality or street sale and the Second, you cannot create company for the high taxes and the deceit from the government to the town.  

  

For that reason the subsidy for who?  Who does respond for those people that take years and years looking for work? And lastly For the grown-ups of 50 or 55 years who he/she responds if there is not pension? Meditate for that everything is deceit and lies.
